Please note that the following sports equipment service is only currently available for Tennis Clubs and Centres, however we hope to be able to extend the service to cover most sports by August 2011.
RDPO Sports Management Services is offering your club a fantastic opportunity to not only supply your members with quality, great value tennis equipment but also to generate an income for the club as well!
What is the cost to the Club I hear you say…nothing, that’s right…absolutely nothing!
Once your approval has been given we will arrive at your Club and install a product cabinet containing a variety of tennis equipment including:
- Tennis Balls
- Mini Tennis Balls
- Racquets
- Clothing
- Racquet Bags
- Sweat Bands
- Grips
- Refreshment Carriers
- ball Holders
- AND MUCH MORE!!!
Suppliers will include:

- Dunlop
- Head
- Zsig
The cabinet has the following dimensions:
Width: 117cm
Height: 180cm
Depth: 58cm
The cabinet will be locked and we will provide your committee with a key to access it. The idea is that the key is left behind the bar and when someone wishes to purchase something you unlock the cabinet and complete the sale before re-securing the cabinet and returning the key to a safe location.
We will attend your club once per month and re-stock the cabinet in addition to finalising that months finances and issuing the club with a cheque for the applicable amount.
So how does the club make money? Before the cabinet is installed we will send you a list detailing the price that we can supply each item in your cabinet for, you will then be given the opportunity to apply a mark-up on that price before we print the price labels and install the cabinet.
Our prices offer extremely good value for money and therefore offer you the opportunity to apply a mark-up without pricing yourselves out of the market!
Once a stock take has been undertaken each month we will be able to ascertain how many of each item has sold, and from that data we can calculate the money you have generated from the mark-up you chose to apply, once this process has been completed your Club will receive its cheque.
