Our league management services are ideal for a local league run by volunteers who simply do not have the time to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate the league to the desired standard. The service offers complete management of the league in line with any required rules and/or constitutions and we guarantee satisfaction! So, whether you are just looking to improve an already functioning and relatively well run league or you are looking for an organisation to undertake the management of a under performing league…you need look no further!
A typical league management service would include:
- An electronic and hard-copy of the start of season information pack for all clubs taking part in the league, thereby providing clubs with laminated versions of required posters and paper copies of all required documents so that this does not have to be done at the expense of the participating clubs.

A streamlined and simple results reporting process that offers the choice of paper based and electronic results cards to fulfil everyone’s preference in relation to the submitting of weekly results.

Weekly league tables being issued so that those participating in a team can track their progress.

Weekly update on missing results and a ‘results chaser’ service which would automatically send an email to a stated contact for a club who failed to submit a score card and would follow this email with a phone call if subsequent submission of the missing score card failed to take place.

Weekly submission of national ratings results (if applicable) for ratings purposes so that ratings are kept up to date.

A dedicated enquiry line open 5 days per week 10am until 5pm with a guaranteed 2 hour ring back service for any query relating to matches played as part of the league.

Provision of end of season verified league tables within 1 week of the league ending (providing all necessary data has been received).
As an added service, RDPO Sports Management Services could also offer the following end of season data for each club and/or the league as a whole:
- Club specific data.

Match by match specific data.
