“RDPO Enterprise Education are an exceptionally professional company providing an excellent, value for money service for schools. I used them during an Enterprise Week and was impressed at every stage: the thoroughness of their planning and communication; their ability to enthuse and engage with children; the quality of feedback and summary information. I would not hesitate to recommend them to colleagues. I am now using them for regular PPA cover.

The enterprise programme delivered by RDPO Enterprises at St John’s CE, Crossens was fantastic from start to finish. Rob and his helpful team tailored made the programme to fit our specific needs and it was a huge success. The programme was very well planned with attention to detail and Rob and his team made sure staff were well briefed and were on hand to answer any questions before and during the weekly sessions. The resources provided were also good and all staff were approachable, friendly and professional at all times. Rob even helped us to run an Enterprise after school club which the children loved which led to children having stalls at our summer fair! Brilliant – definitely worthwhile and we will continue the good work started by RDPO Enterprises.

“Our small village school has benefited enormously from working with RDPO Enterprise Education on our recent industry/ economic awareness project. With their help we were able to involve fifty children, from years 2 to year 6 in ten gardening products companies. Each company surveyed the market to establish demand, chose products, calculated expected costs, revenue and profit and approached a team of, "Dragons," to ask for financial help. Once funding had been secured the children bought their stock, altering some products to add value and then selling them at a sale to the general public in our local market town centre. After a hugely rewarding and satisfying sale it was back to the board room to learn more about the implications of making profit or loss. I.e. calculation of wages. It soon became apparent that to be financially self-supporting and able to afford all of life's necessities, wages would need to be higher. This led the children to think of ways to raise profits in the future through reduction of staffing, securing a lower initial trade price and improved market research.

I have been teaching children about, "economic awareness," (now, "achieving economic well-being,”) for over twenty years. I thought that I was getting it right. In many ways I was but RDPO Enterprise Education have helped me to take it to the next level in our school. The RDPO Enterprise Education staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and patient with the children. Each half-day session was extremely well-planned in advance so that our staff knew what to expect and felt thoroughly involved. The children's enthusiasm was harnessed by the programme which helped every child to make progress in this area of learning, whilst having fun along the way. RDPO Enterprise Education had thought of everything. After so many years of doing it my way it was refreshing to see that I too could learn.

Needless to say, what was going to be a, “one off," involvement with RDPO Enterprise Education is now going to be a regular professional link to our curriculum. The company is aware that our children will not need to revisit every aspect in such detail so the programme will be tailored to our needs. We have already booked them for next year and have already decided to link our next venture to our developing allotment of raised beds. We can't wait!

Staff, parents and children of Westhead Lathom St. James Church of England Primary School recommend unreservedly that all schools work with this company. They not only deliver what they say they will deliver, they also do it exceptionally well.”
